Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel services they have ordered for free up to two (2) hours from the service scheduled time. Cancelations that are less than two (2) hours from the service scheduled time will result in the customer being charged 30% of the order value.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. 

Delivery/Shipping Policy

The multiple bookings/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Changes and amendments
The Application Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
